Roy has grown up within the erosion control industry and brings extensive hands-on experience across hydroseeding, stabilisation systems and environmental site management.

With a strong focus on innovation, project delivery and long-term client relationships, Roy continues to help evolve the business to meet the changing demands of New Zealand’s civil, forestry and infrastructure sectors.

Wes

Sales Manager

Wes works closely with contractors, developers and project managers to provide practical erosion control solutions tailored to each project.

His industry knowledge and solution-focused approach help clients navigate challenging site conditions, environmental requirements and project timelines.

Troy

Operations Manager

Troy oversees day-to-day operations, coordinating crews, equipment and logistics across a wide range of projects.

His practical field experience and hands-on management style help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
