The FlocBox™ is an innovative sediment treatment system designed by Erosion Control to chemically dose sediment retention ponds. Engineered to replicate the principles of the TP90 rainfall-activated shed, it provides an efficient and reliable solution for managing runoff and improving water quality on construction and industrial sites.

Lightweight yet robust, the FlocBox™ weighs just 45 kg before chemical addition and is constructed from high-quality medium-density polyethylene with a UV-resistant finish. This makes it extremely easy to position, install, and relocate as site conditions change.

The system can service catchments ranging from small DEBs up to 4–5 hectares, offering flexible treatment options tailored to your site. An adjustable tray allows simple dosing rate setup, while pre-set header tank holes and caps enable easy configuration of low-flow and high-flow drains, as well as pre-dosing storage. Additional design features, including an access bung for rainwater removal and 18 mm hose fittings for chemical recharge, reduce the risk of spills and make maintenance straightforward.
